Sakrete, 40 lb, flo-coat concrete resurfacer, makes old, worn concrete look like new, designed for easy application with a squeegee brush, formula is fortified with polymers for superior bonding strength, simply add water as directed & mix thoroughly, spread with squeegee applicator from 1/2" thickness down to a feather edge.
